तो चलो पहले ये जान लेते हैं की इस Tense का प्रयोग कब करना है तो इस का प्रयोग तब करते हैं जब ‘ कोई काम किसी समय से शुरू हुआ और अभी तक चल रहा हो ‘ | अब वो समय कितना भी हो सकता है जुलाई से , मार्च से , 2007 से , 2 घंटे से , 2 महीने से , सुबह से या शाम से इत्यादि | अगर किसी भी समय से काम शुरू हुआ और अभी तक जारी है तो ऐसे वाक्यों को Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi में प्रयोग करेंगे |
Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi को पहचानने की Short Trick
और अगर शार्ट कट या ट्रिकी तरीके से बताया जाये तो ” किसी भी Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi के Sentence में बस समय जोड़ दें तो वह Present Perfect Continuous Tense बन जाता है | ”
अब इस शार्ट कट को कुछ उदाहरणों की मदद से समझ लेते हैं –
- वह पढ़ रहा है | – He is playing. में समय जोड़ा तो वह २ घंटे से पढ़ रहा है | – He has been playing for 2 hours.
- हम दौड़ रहे हैं | – We are running. – में समय जोड़ा तो हम सुबह से दौड़ रहे हैं | – We are running since morning.
- हम जीत रहे हैं | – We are winning. में समय जोड़ा तो हम 2020 से जीत रहे हैं | We are winning since 2020.
अब आप ऊपर के वाक्यों को देखिये | पहले के वाक्य तो Present Continuous Tense में रहते हैं लेकिन जैसे ही समय जोड़ देते हैं वही वाक्य Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi में आ जाता है | तो बताओ Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi की पहचान क्या हुई ?

Helping Verb Of Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi | वर्तमान निरंतर काल के सहायक क्रिया
Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi की सहायता क्रिया Has Been, Have Been होती है | जिन जिन के साथ ‘ Has ‘ का प्रयोग होता है उन्ही के साथ भी लगेगा और जिन जिन के साथ ‘ Have ‘ का प्रयोग होता है उन्ही के साथ ‘ Have Been ‘ भी लगेगा |
- Has के साथ भी – He, She, Name, It, Singular – Has Been के साथ भी
जैसे –
- He has gone there & He has been going for 2 months.
- It has rained. & It has been raining since morning.
Have के साथ भी – I, You, They, We, Plural – Have Been के साथ भी
जैसे –
- I have come here & I have been coming here for 2 hours.
- They have run today. & They have been running since Monday.
Since और For का प्रयोग कब करें | Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi
पहला हिंट तो यह है कि अगर हमको किसी समय का ‘ Starting Point ‘ दिया होगा तो वहां ‘ Since ‘ लगेगा लेकिन अगर कोई ‘ Time Period ‘ दिया होगा तो वहां ‘ For ‘ लगेगा |
अब इस घड़ी को देखो –
तो इस घड़ी में जिस भी समय को आप छू सकते हो वो पक्का समय माना जाएगा और उनके साथ ‘ Since ‘ का प्रयोग करेंगे और जिस समय को आप घड़ी में नहीं छू सकते हो वो कच्चा समय होगा और उसके साथ ‘ For ‘ लगाएंगे |
जैसे –
2 बजे से – Since 2 o’ clock.
आधे घंटे से – For half an hour.
5 बजे से – Since 5 o’clock.
5 घंटे से – For 5 hours.
अब इस कैलेंडर को देखिए –
तो ये कैलेंडर तो बस एक उदाहरण है और कैलेंडर तो किसी भी वर्ष का हो सकता है तो जानने वाली बात यहाँ यह है कि कैलेंडर में भी आप जो समय छू सकते हो उसके साथ ‘ Since ‘ लगेगा और जो समय नहीं छू सकते हो उसके साथ ‘ For ‘ लगेगा |
जैसे –
मार्च से – Since March
2 महीने से – For 2 months.
2009 से – Since 2009.
सोमवार से – Since Monday.
५ हफ्तों से – For 5 weeks.
500 सालों से – For 500 years.

सुबह से – Since Morning
कल से – Since Yesterday
परसों से – Since the day before yesterday
बचपन से – Since childhood

1.Positive Sentences – ( सकारात्मक वाक्य ) | Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi
S+ Has been/ Have been + ( V1 + ing ) + O + since/ for + time.

- मै आधे घंटे से तुम्हारा इंतज़ार कर रहा हूँ | – I have been waiting for you for half an hour.
- मै ३ हफ्तों से एक किताब लिख रहा हूँ | – I have been writing a book for 3 weeks.
- मै बचपन से यहां पढ़ाई कर रहा हूँ | – I have been studying here since childhood.
- वह तुम्हारा बस स्टॉप पर काफी देर से इन्तजार कर रहा है | – He has been waiting for you at the bus stop for a long/ since long.
- मै शुरुआत से सारे पाठ याद कर रहा हूँ | – I have been learning all the lessons since beginning .
- वह सुबह से इधर उधर घूम रहा है | – He has been roaming ( here and there ) since morning .
- हम आधे घंटे से दौड़ रहे हैं | – We have been running for half an hour.
- वे 1950 से एक दूकान चला रहे हैं | – They have been running a shop since 1950.
- मै 2014 से अंग्रेजी सिखा रहा हूँ | – I have been teaching English since 2014.
- मै 2000 से यह व्यापार कर रहा हूँ |. – I have been doing this business since 2000.
- क्या राधा २ घंटों से कपड़े धूल रही है ? – Has Radha been washing the clothes for 2 hours ?
- मै तुम्हे काफी समय से बर्दाश्त कर रहा हूँ | – I have been tolerating you for a long/ since long.
- वह पिछले २ दिनों से सो रहा है | – He has been sleeping for the last 2 days.
- सुबह से बारिश हो रही है | – It has been raining since morning.
- कल से शिमला में बर्फ पड़ रही है | – It has been snowing in Shimla since yesterday.

हफ्ते भर से – All the week long
महीने भर से – All the week long
साल भर से – All the year long
जब भी ये चीजें वाक्य में आएगी , तब Since/ For का प्रयोग नहीं करेंगे और ” All the ….. long ” का प्रयोग करेंगे |

- वह हफ्ते भर से तुम्हे ढूंढ रहा है | – He has been looking for you all the week long.
- वह महीने भर से यहाँ रह रहा है | – He has been living here all the month long.
- तुम्हारा भाई दिन भर से वीडियो बना रहा है | – You brother has been making videos all the day long.
